How many participants can play?
We can host up to 50 players in the same session, distributed across our 6 adventures. Minimum group size depends on the package: 10 participants for Double Challenge, Double Challenge Plus and Double Challenge Dinner; 15 for Tournament Dinner; 20 for Tournament, Tournament Plus and Corporate Experience.
How long does the experience last?
Tournament lasts 1 h 15 min; Tournament Plus 1 h 45 min; Tournament Dinner includes 1 h 15 min of escape-room activity plus dinner. Double Challenge lasts 2 h 30 min; Double Challenge Plus 3 h; Double Challenge Dinner includes 2 h 30 min of activity plus dinner. Corporate Experience lasts 5 hours in total.
How does the tournament format work?
Participants are divided into teams and play in parallel across the different adventures. The ranking takes game performance and hints received into account. At the end, every participant receives a certificate and the winning team receives a trophy.
Do we need to organise the teams ourselves?
No. You can send us pre-arranged teams or leave the allocation to us. We help create balanced teams and distribute participants across the adventures.
Which days and times are available?
Available time slots are shown in each package and confirmed according to the requested date. Tournament can be booked Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 and Sat–Sun 08:00–13:00. Corporate Experience is available Mon–Fri 08:00–14:00 and Sunday 08:00–22:00.
What is the difference between Gourmet Break, Gourmet Lunch / Dinner and dinner at Angelino Bistrot?
Gourmet Break is buffet catering. Gourmet Lunch / Dinner, included with Corporate Experience, features a private chef, buffet service and a staffed drinks station; the menu is the same for lunch and dinner. Tournament Dinner and Double Challenge Dinner instead include dinner at Angelino Bistrot with a dedicated menu.
Can the team building event be hosted in English?
Yes. Welcome, briefing, game assistance and the award ceremony can all be delivered entirely in English.
Where does the event take place? Is parking available?
All activities take place at the same A.G.E. Project venue in Rosate, near Milan. The venue has a large free parking area suitable for cars, coaches, shuttles and heavy vehicles.
Is an availability request binding?
No. The request is without obligation and does not constitute a booking. Package, date, time and availability become final only after confirmation from our staff.
